By booking a session or participating in any Buiscape event or photo booth experience, you acknowledge that photography sessions and events—especially those involving animals—carry inherent risks. You agree to assume full responsibility for your own participation and for the behaviour, safety, and control of your pet at all times. Buiscape is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents arising from pet behaviour, environmental conditions, or client participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
While we take reasonable care in delivering high-quality images and preserving digital files, we do not guarantee permanent storage, device compatibility, or exact colour accuracy across screens and print formats. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files.
Buiscape is not responsible for the content, policies, or services of third-party platforms, payment processors, or event venues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buiscape’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All images, branding, artwork, and website content remain the intellectual property of Buiscape unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, alteration, or commercial use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using the Buiscape website, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Remaining balances must be paid on or before the session date. Same-day event and expo purchases are final sale.
Clients may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit any deposit paid. Buiscape reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivered images are edited in Buiscape’s artistic style and discretion. Raw or unedited files are not provided. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered digital files.
Print colours may vary slightly due to screen and production differences. Once approved or printed, physical products are final sale.
Clients receive a non-transferable license for personal use of delivered images. Images may not be resold, altered, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
By participating in a session or event, clients grant Buiscape permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided before the session.
Clients are responsible for the behaviour and control of their pets at all times. Buiscape is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by client animals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buiscape’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

Website Eligibility & Payments
This website and our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or who are booking with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to the website at our discretion if misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms are suspected.
Payments are accepted through approved payment processors listed at checkout. Accepted methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options as available. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Buiscape is not responsible for additional fees charged by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
